Dit gaat van diepgravende reeksen van telkens vier avonden (initiatie, vervolg 1 en 2),
over specifieke thema-avonden, tot een breed opgezette one-shot-avondcursus.<BR>

Daarnaast zijn we begin 2007 ook gestart met kook-workshops.<BR>
Gedurende telkens één avond verkennen we al doende een typische gerecht, en de daarbij horende wijnen, uit Italië, Marokko en Thaïland, ook de terroir-keuken komt aan bod.<BR>
